Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Refund Guarantee

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Plant AI Premium PRO subscription. If you find that the service does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

To claim your refund, please contact us by email within the 14-day window:

Please include: The email address associated with your account and, if available, your Lemon Squeezy order/invoice ID.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 2–5 business days. Once approved, the funds will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium PRO subscription at any time. When you cancel, you will continue to have access to all PRO features until the end of your current billing cycle. No further renewal charges will be made.

Please note that canceling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for payments already processed. If you cancel after the 14-day period, the current month remains non-refundable.

4. Exceptions and Abuse Policy

Refunds are designed to protect users who genuinely try our software and find it unsuitable. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if we detect clear signs of account abuse (e.g., subscribing, downloading/scraping excessive data, requesting a refund, and repeating the cycle multiple times).
