By accessing or using the Plant AI application (available at https://plantai.green) and its associated Telegram bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Plant AI provides artificial intelligence-powered plant diagnostics, landscape planning, companion planting recommendations, moon calendar suggestions, weather/agro-alerts, and plant care reminders. The suggestions provided by our AI models (including Gemini) are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional agricultural or horticultural advice.
To access certain features of Plant AI, you must register for an account using your email address or Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We offer a Premium PRO subscription priced at $5.00 USD per month. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled. Payments are processed securely via our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings dashboard.
You agree to use Plant AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not upload malicious code, attempt to scrape or reverse engineer our AI models, or disrupt the operation of the application.
All software, design, logos, and content created by Plant AI (excluding user-uploaded images) are the property of Plant AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.
PLANT AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. While we strive to provide highly accurate plant health diagnostics, we do not warrant that the results are 100% correct, complete, or error-free. You assume all risks associated with plant care decisions based on AI recommendations.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANT AI AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PLANT LOSS, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR FINANCIAL LOSS.
